Customer Service Representative enter information directly into a detailed order entry system that immediately alerts dispatchers of the transportation need. Advanced dispatch systems integrate with our driver communication system, allowing immediate tracking of our clients during any part of their trip. Since each vehicle is equipped with both Nextel radios and cell phones, communication with a driver is never a problem.
